La Ligue Nouvelle-Aquitaine de Handball invite l\u2019ensemble des clubs affili\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la 9\u1d49 Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale, qui se tiendra le samedi 21 juin 2025, de 10h30 \u00e0 16h30, \u00e0 Capbreton (Place de la Libert\u00e9, 40130).<\/p>

Moment statutaire incontournable de la vie de la Ligue, cette r\u00e9union permettra de faire le bilan de la saison \u00e9coul\u00e9e, de d\u00e9battre des orientations \u00e0 venir et de faire entendre la voix des clubs dans les d\u00e9cisions futures.<\/p>

Programme de la journ\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>

La journ\u00e9e sera organis\u00e9e selon le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 suivant :<\/p>

  • 9h15 – 10h15<\/strong> : Accueil et \u00e9margement des participants<\/p><\/li>

  • 10h30 – 12h45<\/strong> : Premi\u00e8re session de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/p><\/li>

  • 12h45 – 14h00<\/strong> : Pause d\u00e9jeuner<\/p><\/li>

  • 14h00 – 14h15<\/strong> : R\u00e9-\u00e9margement des participants<\/p><\/li>

  • 14h15 – 16h30<\/strong> : Seconde session de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Un repas est pr\u00e9vu sur place. Un seul repas par club est pris en charge par la Ligue. Il est toutefois possible de r\u00e9server des repas suppl\u00e9mentaires (25\u20ac par personne, \u00e0 la charge du club).<\/p>

    Les clubs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire via le lien transmis dans la convocation officielle avant le lundi 9 juin 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>

    Une participation obligatoire pour tous les clubs<\/strong><\/p>

    La pr\u00e9sence \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale est obligatoire. Pour les clubs ne pouvant s\u2019y rendre, un syst\u00e8me de procuration est pr\u00e9vu selon l\u2019article 8.5 des statuts de la Ligue. Il permet \u00e0 un repr\u00e9sentant d\u2019un club de voter au nom d\u2019un autre, sous conditions pr\u00e9cises mentionn\u00e9es dans le courrier officiel.<\/p>

    Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 1.2 du r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur, seules les associations affili\u00e9es \u00e0 la FFHandball et \u00e0 jour de leur situation financi\u00e8re peuvent prendre part aux votes.<\/p>

    Une opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9changer, de construire et d\u2019avancer ensemble<\/strong><\/p>

    Comme le rappelle le pr\u00e9sident Didier Bizord<\/strong> dans la convocation, cette Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale est un moment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 pour faire vivre la d\u00e9mocratie sportive, renforcer les liens entre les clubs, et construire ensemble les projets futurs de notre territoire handballistique.<\/p>
