Premi\u00e8re\u00a0\u00e9tape du Projet de Performance F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de la fili\u00e8re\u00a0Handball, le P\u00f4le\u00a0Espoirs de Nouvelle-Aquitaine) est ouvert aux sportifs\u00a0scolaris\u00e9s de la\u00a03\u00e8me \u00e0 la terminale (possibilit\u00e9 exceptionnelle pour\u00a0la 4\u00e8me).<\/p>

Il est constitu\u00e9 de 3 sites qui peuvent accueillir un maximum de 54 athl\u00e8tes<\/strong> sur 4 ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e2ge de 14 \u00e0 17 ans scolaris\u00e9s de la 3\u00e8me \u00e0 la Terminale et exceptionnellement en 4\u00e8me\u00a0\u00a0:<\/p>

\u2013 2 sites Accession \u00e0 Saint-Yrieix-la-Perche (responsable\u00a0: S\u00e9bastien AVRIL) et Pau (responsable\u00a0: Arnaud VILLEDIEU)\u00a0;<\/p>

L\u2019objectif du p\u00f4le est triple\u00a0:<\/p>

1. Construction de l\u2019individu<\/strong> par rapport aux valeurs du haut-niveau.\u00a0R\u00e9ussir \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien projets scolaire et\u00a0sportif.
Les joueurs concern\u00e9s sont \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 18 ans, avec un premier cycle d\u00e9terminant les 2 premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>

2. L\u2019objectif scolaire<\/strong> est la r\u00e9ussite de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve au regard de ses comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>

3. L\u2019objectif sportif <\/strong>est de progresser pour envisager de postuler aupr\u00e8s\u00a0des Centres de Formation de Clubs de LNH voire les \u00e9quipes de France\u00a0Jeunes ou Pouponni\u00e8re et Stages Nationaux.
En cas de difficult\u00e9s\u00a0scolaires, sportives, ou comportementales, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un joueur dans\u00a0la structure peut \u00eatre remise en cause de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le recrutement dans le P\u00f4le Espoirs est organis\u00e9 par la Ligue Nouvelle Aquitaine de handball et les 12 comit\u00e9s d\u00e9partementaux \u00e0 travers un r\u00e9seau de d\u00e9tection mis en oeuvre sur 3 ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e2ges (13-14 et 15 ans).<\/p>

La 1\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la d\u00e9tection est organis\u00e9e par les Comit\u00e9s d\u00e9partementaux \u00e0 travers les Centres de Perfectionnement Sportif et les s\u00e9lections et comp\u00e9titions de comit\u00e9s. A l\u2019issue de cette \u00e9tape, les athl\u00e8tes identifi\u00e9s sont invit\u00e9s pour un stage territorial de d\u00e9tection en f\u00e9vrier. Ce stage est un 1er filtre de d\u00e9cision o\u00f9 sont choisis les athl\u00e8tes qui seront invit\u00e9s au concours unique.<\/p>

Le nombre de joueurs recrut\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e varie entre 7 et 15 places en fonction du potentiel des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sur 2 ou 3 ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e2ges, soit en moyenne 7 \u00e0 8 joueurs par ann\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e2ges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
