Un parcours solide et prometteur<\/strong><\/p>

Le tournoi d\u00e9bute par une courte d\u00e9faite face \u00e0 la Bourgogne\u2013Franche-Comt\u00e9<\/strong> (25-23), avant une phase de poules tr\u00e8s convaincante<\/strong> avec :<\/p>

  • Victoires contre les Hauts-de-France<\/strong> (22-19)<\/p><\/li>

    Quel regard portez-vous sur cette 4\u1d49 place ?<\/strong><\/p>

    Cette 4\u1d49 place r\u00e9compense le travail de plusieurs semaines, avec la sensation que les filles ont tout donn\u00e9 sans s\u2019\u00e9conomiser.<\/p>

    L\u2019\u00e9quipe s\u2019est appuy\u00e9e sur un projet de jeu collectif, et non sur une ou deux individualit\u00e9s dominantes.<\/p>

    En quoi cette performance illustre-t-elle l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9quipe ?<\/strong><\/p>

    L\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9quipe repose sur deux param\u00e8tres indissociables.<\/p>

    L\u2019effectif est renouvel\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e et la dynamique collective prend du temps \u00e0 se construire. Les filles se sont investies pour cr\u00e9er du lien, qui s\u2019est progressivement traduit par des comportements communs sur le terrain.
    En parall\u00e8le, le projet de jeu et les strat\u00e9gies propos\u00e9es par le staff ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9s, discut\u00e9s et valid\u00e9s avec les joueuses, qui se sont pleinement appropri\u00e9 cet exercice.<\/p>

    Le collectif est toujours pass\u00e9 avant les objectifs personnels.<\/p>

    L\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, orient\u00e9 vers le projet de jeu et la volont\u00e9 de progresser \u00e0 chaque rencontre, a \u00e9t\u00e9 la ligne conductrice.

    Que repr\u00e9sente cette 4\u1d49 place pour l\u2019\u00e9quipe ?<\/strong><\/p>

    Cette place est satisfaisante collectivement. Elle repr\u00e9sente notre engagement depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e et refl\u00e8te le travail et la dynamique cr\u00e9\u00e9s lors du stage de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 Pau.<\/p>

    Malgr\u00e9 la d\u00e9faite lors du dernier match de classement face \u00e0 la Bretagne, nous restons contentes de notre comp\u00e9tition et en retenons beaucoup de positif.<\/p>

    Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu l\u2019encha\u00eenement des matchs ?<\/strong><\/p>

    L\u2019encha\u00eenement a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s intense, mentalement comme physiquement, surtout sur les derniers jours.<\/p>

    Nous avons d\u00fb accorder une grande importance \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration pour optimiser nos performances.<\/p>

    Un match qui vous a particuli\u00e8rement marqu\u00e9es ?<\/strong><\/p>

    Tous les matchs \u00e9taient importants, mais les victoires contre la Normandie<\/strong> et l\u2019\u00cele-de-France<\/strong> nous ont le plus marqu\u00e9es.<\/p>

    Ce sont des rencontres \u00e0 forts enjeux qui nous ont permis de s\u00e9curiser une place au classement final.<\/p>

    L\u2019ann\u00e9e n\u2019est pas termin\u00e9e : nous allons continuer \u00e0 travailler dans cette dynamique collective afin d\u2019atteindre un maximum d\u2019objectifs personnels.<\/p>
