Le Hand \u00e0 4 est une forme de pratique issue de l\u2019activit\u00e9 sociale de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence le Handball \u00e0 7.<\/strong> Nous y retrouverons l\u2019ensemble des bases fondamentales permettant de faire vivre \u201cune tranche de vie de handballeur\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

qui leur est d\u00e9di\u00e9 (la zone).

Le Hand \u00e0 4 (3 joueurs de champ + 1 gardien de but) pr\u00e9sente de nombreux int\u00e9r\u00eats et sa pratique, en milieu scolaire et en club, devra permettre de :
\u2022 Faciliter la gestion d\u2019un grand nombre de joueurs et d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30).<\/em>
\u2022 Moduler les formes de \u201cgroupements\u201d sur diff\u00e9rents terrains (groupement\/typologie de niveaux, de besoins\u2026).<\/em>
\u2022 G\u00e9rer les h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9s : sexe, rapport de force, niveau de jeu.<\/em>
\u2022 Favoriser une activit\u00e9 rapide pour tous du fait des effectifs r\u00e9duits.<\/em>
\u2022 Placer les joueurs dans des r\u00f4les sociaux multiples (arbitre, chronom\u00e9treur, coach et observateur).<\/em>
\u2022 Trouver des am\u00e9nagements facilitant l\u2019expression individuelle et\/ou collective.<\/em>
\u2022 Proposer des am\u00e9nagements en r\u00e9ponse aux besoins du joueur<\/em><\/p>

Les diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les moteurs et sociaux, v\u00e9cus le plus souvent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la\u00a0 multiplication des temps et des espaces de jeu, permettent aux joueurs de pouvoir \u00e9prouver diff\u00e9rentes responsabilit\u00e9s. Il leur faudra assumer les d\u00e9cisions prises\u00a0 individuellement et\/ou collectivement en tant que joueur, arbitre ou coach.<\/p>

Le Hand \u00e0 4 favorise la formation \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie des joueurs en les rendant tous acteurs lors des s\u00e9ances. Ceci doit leur permettre d\u2019atteindre leur plus haut niveau de comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9cisionnelles, motrices et sociales afin de les mettre au service du\u00a0 projet collectif : le gain de la rencontre.<\/p>

Enfin, appr\u00e9hender la gestion des am\u00e9nagements participent au mieux vivre ensemble en permettant de mieux appr\u00e9hender la mixit\u00e9 au sein du groupe, de viser les principes d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 filles\/gar\u00e7ons et de permettre \u00e0 chacune et chacun d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux m\u00eames chances de r\u00e9ussite.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
