La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Handball innove avec l\u2019introduction du carton blanc<\/strong>, une mesure pr\u00e9ventive d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion des suspicions de commotion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale sur le terrain. Ce dispositif, con\u00e7u par le service m\u00e9dical de la FFHandball, est mis en \u0153uvre d\u00e8s cette saison dans les championnats nationaux et territoriaux (hors secteur professionnel).<\/p>

Les objectifs du carton blanc<\/strong><\/p>

Cette initiative repose sur plusieurs axes majeurs :<\/p>

  • Prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 des joueurs<\/strong>, notamment les mineurs, en pr\u00e9venant les risques li\u00e9s aux commotions c\u00e9r\u00e9brales.<\/li>
  • Sensibiliser \u00e0 l\u2019importance des signaux d\u2019alerte<\/strong>, notamment pour \u00e9viter les complications du \u00ab second impact \u00bb.<\/li>
  • \u00c9duquer et responsabiliser tous les acteurs<\/strong> : joueurs, entra\u00eeneurs, juges arbitres, parents, et accompagnateurs.<\/li>
  • Uniformiser l\u2019approche sur tous les niveaux de jeu<\/strong>, quelle que soit la configuration d\u2019arbitrage.<\/li>
  • Collecter des donn\u00e9es objectives<\/strong>, pour \u00e9valuer et affiner les pratiques li\u00e9es aux traumatismes cr\u00e2niens.<\/li><\/ul>

    Comment fonctionne le protocole ?<\/strong><\/p>

    En cas de suspicion de commotion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale pendant un match :<\/p>

    1. Le juge arbitre interrompt le jeu<\/strong> et pr\u00e9sente un carton blanc<\/strong>. Cela permet l\u2019intervention de deux personnes autoris\u00e9es sur le terrain (ex. : kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute, officiel responsable).<\/li>
    2. L\u2019officiel responsable d\u00e9cide de la reprise ou non du joueur<\/strong> en fonction des sympt\u00f4mes constat\u00e9s.<\/li>
    3. Consignation des informations<\/strong> sur la Feuille de Match \u00e9lectronique (FdMe) : nom du joueur, nature du choc, d\u00e9cision prise.<\/li>
    4. Dans les 24 \u00e0 48 heures suivant le match<\/strong>, un courriel est envoy\u00e9 au joueur (ou \u00e0 ses repr\u00e9sentants l\u00e9gaux s\u2019il est mineur), recommandant une consultation m\u00e9dicale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ol>

      Un dispositif exp\u00e9rimental<\/strong><\/p>

      Pour cette saison, aucune interdiction de jouer les matchs suivants n\u2019est syst\u00e9matiquement appliqu\u00e9e, sauf en cas de contre-indication m\u00e9dicale. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019instaurer une approche pr\u00e9ventive et \u00e9ducative avant d\u2019envisager des mesures plus restrictives.<\/p>

      Les clubs peuvent retrouver une vid\u00e9o explicative ainsi que des supports d\u00e9taill\u00e9s sur l\u2019espace partag\u00e9 OneDrive de la FFHandball (r\u00e9f\u00e9rences disponibles via le courriel envoy\u00e9 en d\u00e9but de saison).<\/p>

      Avec ce protocole, la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise de Handball d\u00e9montre son engagement en faveur de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre des athl\u00e8tes.<\/p>
